How Aimalta Marketplace uses cookies and similar technologies, and how to change your choice.
This policy is final only when the live cookie registry lists every cookie, localStorage key, SDK and similar identifier actually used. No analytics or marketing tool may be enabled until the consent manager blocks it by default and records valid consent. Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar technologies include localStorage, pixels, SDK identifiers and device storage. They may be used to provide a requested service, remember choices, measure use or support advertising. This policy explains how aimaltamarket.mt uses them under applicable Maltese ePrivacy rules and the GDPR.
On the first visit, no non essential cookie or similar technology is activated before a valid choice. The first layer offers “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Manage preferences” with equal prominence and without pre selected optional categories.
Consent is specific by category, informed, freely given and recorded with the policy version, timestamp and anonymous consent identifier. Continuing to browse, silence or closing the banner is not consent.
Cookie Preferences remains available in the footer on every page and makes withdrawal as easy as acceptance. Withdrawal stops future access and processing based on consent and triggers deletion where legally and technically required.
We ask again after six months, after a material change to purposes or vendors, or where consent evidence is no longer valid.
The production page must generate the table below from a maintained registry. Replace every placeholder before launch. A provider may not deploy an unregistered identifier.
